A capability partner, not a training supplier.
Nimbu Shield is an international security capability company, registered in Australia and working with clients across the Gulf. We do three things.
We assess
We look at what a security organisation needs to be able to do, and where the gap is between that and today.
We build
We design and deliver the training, exercising and assurance that closes the gap. Where specialist expertise is needed, we source it internationally and adapt it for Saudi conditions.
We transfer
We train the instructors, write the doctrine and leave the capability in the client's hands.
Our work follows recognised international standards, including ISO 22341 for crime prevention through environmental design. We are not tied to one provider, one country or one catalogue.
The requirement is fixed. The calendar is not.
AFC Asian Cup
Twenty-four national teams. The first full test of readiness.
Expo Riyadh
Six months. Tens of millions of visits. One city watched by the world.
FIFA World Cup and the Asian Games
Both awarded to the Kingdom in the same year. The Asian Games are scheduled for late November into December. The World Cup dates remain under discussion.
And beyond
The events end. The capability remains.
Nobody yet knows the final World Cup dates. Capability cannot be timed to a fixture list that has not been set. It has to be built early, tested, and ready whatever dates are chosen.
Every provider in the world wants a meeting.
Too many providers to compare.
International providers arrive weekly, each selling its own catalogue. Comparing them is a full-time job, and the catalogue rarely matches the requirement.
Certificates instead of capability.
Officers attend, complete, and receive a certificate. The provider leaves. Six months later the ability is gone.
Instructor capacity.
Delivering across the whole country means having enough of your own qualified instructors. Buying courses does not create them.
Content built somewhere else.
Material designed for another country's law, culture and operating environment does not work in local conditions unless someone adapts it properly.
